JOJO’S BIZARRE ADVENTURE: DIAMOND IS UNBREAKABLE – CHAPTER 1

Sa, 23.09. | 15:30

The lanky Koichi has just come to Morioh Town. The seemingly European small town is considered an extremely good place to live, although this may change following several murders. It is not long before the shy Koichi becomes acquainted with the eccentric Josuke “JoJo” Higashikata. It is not only his bizarre pompadour hairstyle that makes him conspicuous, but he can also call up a “stand” – a fantastic creature – if needed. JoJo soon suspects who could be behind the mysterious murders in town: the crazy Nijimura brothers are obviously working hard to grant as many “stand” superpowers as possible, so that with an army like this of their own, they can pursue their more nefarious purposes. The Manga about the bizarre adventures of JoJo are little known in the West, but in Japan they are considered masterpieces. All-purpose weapon Takashi Miike reaches deep into the box of bonbon-colored tricks for his adaptation and produces a smart, eccentric blockbuster, planned as the first for a cinema trilogy.
